N10 Series Laboratory and Pilot-Scale High-Pressure Homogenizer

The exceptional performance of the N10 High-Pressure Homogenizer in applications such as particle micronization/nanonization, homogeneous dispersion, and cell disruption has garnered significant attention from leading research teams. These teams seek equipment capable of meeting both early-stage R&D requirements and pilot-scale or even full-scale production needs. In response to this demand, we introduced the N10 Series. This model features a novel, easily cleanable high-pressure cylinder design, combined with modular feeding, discharge, and temperature control units. Users can select and configure these components according to their specific needs, effectively addressing key requirements such as small batch sizes, low sample residue, and ease of cleaning during experimental stages. Additionally, we offer optional validation documentation compliant with PIC/S cGMP standards, meeting the high regulatory demands of the biopharmaceutical industry for manufacturing equipment.

Equipped with an electro-hydraulic drive system, the N10 enables efficient continuous production while offering advantages such as low noise and freedom from grinding media contamination. It is particularly suitable for preparing high-value samples, such as pharmaceuticals and novel materials. Notably, this model shares the same design principles as our production-scale units, including a fixed geometry flow path and an impingement diamond reaction chamber. This design ensures concentrated energy distribution, precise control over particle size uniformity, and excellent reproducibility. Experimental data can be easily scaled up for production. The N10 meets the demands of small-scale experimentation while offering scalability, making it an ideal solution bridging early-stage R&D and pilot-scale production.
