In response to this need, our company has overcome numerous technical limitations and pioneered the industry by introducing the convenient desktop-model N2. This equipment features low minimum batch requirements, minimal sample residue, and low acquisition costs, while still achieving an operating pressure of up to 30,000 psi. Its utility requirements are relatively simple—it only needs to be plugged in and does not require an air compression source. Compared to traditional air compression-driven homogenizers, this equipment offers the advantages of continuous operation, low noise, and minimal pollution. It meets the initial development needs of high-value-added samples such as pharmaceuticals and novel materials, effectively reducing material and equipment acquisition costs for each experiment.
It is worth mentioning that this model, along with the larger-capacity models produced by our company, employs an impingement diamond reaction chamber based on the same design principle, allowing experimental data to be easily scaled up. The N2 high-pressure homogenizer is specifically designed for small-batch samples and initial research requirements, effectively assisting you in quickly establishing a research foundation and achieving results that meet international standards.
